Established in 1996, originally comprising of the owner and one employee, until in 2006 when the business grew and opened a retail outlet. Later in 2007, the manufacturing arm of the business was successfully established.
Currently the owner has taken on salesmen duties, and also being hands on. Presently, being at a stable level with regular work, the owner sees the business thriving as it is. He is confident there is more scope to attain with the business, but because he has limited time due to other business interests, it does not allow him to achieve the full potential available, but is assured that it is there, should a new owner wish to put the effort in to acquire it.
The business primarily provides residential fencing, although a small percent is commercial. The customers are sourced from word of mouth, the business reputation, the Yellow Pages ad, shop presence and occasionally in the press.
