It is comprised of 12 motel suites averaging $70 tariff per night each, 4 self contained apartments with an average tariff of $65 per night each, 8 backpacker rooms averaging $40 per night each, and 1 managers apartment.
The owners have indicated that occupancy rates of 65% would be conservative. Currently the motel has a star rating from 1 to 3 stars depending on which accommodation unit.
There is a license facility to provide liquor to motel guests as well as a provision for breakfast and also for self service laundry as well as many common areas including guest lounges and dining rooms.
There is parking available for 12 guest vehicles as well as 3 car parks for the management.
