A little bit about the business
This business currently manufactures, sells and installs an innovative gutter protection system that has been designed and patented in SA to protect domestic and commercial properties from debris build up in guttering and will cut maintenance, and greatly increase protection to and the appearance of the property.
This business is a completely unique product in Australia that has great potential to overtake the gutter guard market. Due to its flat sheet metal design it stops leaves, pine needles and other debris from not only entering gutters but also from becoming wedged in the gutter guard itself. This design is contrast to the common line of thought that gutter protection systems that can only be affective if the material used is meshed or perforated as in the case of the vast majority of systems on the market today.
This business also completely covers the gutter opening and prevents burning embers from accessing the roof cavity in case of bush fires. We are convinced that it will be used extensively in most urban areas and certainly all high fire risk areas in future as a standard feature to all properties.
The goal is to manufacture for a national distributor and to evolve into a purely manufacturing company, leaving all retail aspects, including advertising and installation, to the distributor.
