All maintenance procedures are undertaken in accordance with the Building Code of Australia, Essential services Act and the relevant Australian standards.

The company which runs a number of service vehicles and technicians are all equipped with mobile phones and a large number of spare parts to allow quick responses to any call.

All personnel are suitably qualified and experienced in their field.

A 24- hour 7- day emergency maintenance service is provided for all areas.
