They deliver sliced bread loaves 7 mornings a week to the smaller shops, Central Markets and nursing homes. Included in the sale of the business is a Mitsubishi van. The business also has a client who picks up his own orders 3 nights a week. In addition we also deliver bread to Pooraka markets for our Mt Barker and Hahndorf clients. The business is run by a couple who work 54 hours between them plus 2 casual workers who work 12 hours between them.
